I'm an estate winery on the Central Coast of California, specializing in Pinot Noir, Chardonnay & Syrah.

Tolosa Winery is located in the Edna Valley, which lies halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco. The Edna Valley is known as a cool-climate with one of California’s longest growing season, resulting in a perfect climate to grow Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and other cool climate varietals. We have an innovative and educational tasting room, which gives visitors a great experience each time they visit. A self-guided tour leads guests through a view of the winemaking process from vineyard to barrel, while our friendly and knowledgeable staff can also answers you’re dying questions about wine.

Tolosa Winery was founded in 1998, but took wine to a more serious note in 2000, producing primarily Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Tolosa’s style of winemaking reflects our commitment to quality. Our goal is to produce a perfectly balanced wine and to stay true to the characteristic of the grape varietal. Selecting only the top 10% of the fruit from our Edna Ranch's 740 acres allows us to consistently produce distinctive estate grown wines.
